New OSB sheathing going over old skip sheathing during a re-roof
Exterior work · LA County

Curb appeal, built to last.

Roofing, exterior paint, windows and doors, and stucco and siding that protect the house and make it look new again.

Roof inspection of missing wall flashing
The building envelope

Keep the weather out.

Roofs, walls, windows and doors work as one system. A new window with no flashing, or fresh paint over cracked stucco, will fail early.

We look at the whole exterior, fix the underlying problems first and then finish it so it looks sharp and keeps water, heat and noise out.

Exterior work is also where energy savings start. A reflective roof, well-sealed dual-pane windows and fresh, sealed stucco all reduce the heat that reaches your living space, so the inside of the house stays cooler for less money.

Should I re-roof before I paint?
Usually, yes. Roofing work can damage fresh paint along the eaves and walls, so we schedule the roof first.
