Roofs done right from the deck up.
Tile, shingle and flat roofs: repairs, tile re-lays, full tear-offs, new sheathing, underlayment and flashing.

Tile lasts. Underlayment doesn’t.
Clay and concrete tiles can last for generations, but the underlayment beneath them usually wears out much sooner. When it fails, a tile roof that looks fine from the street starts leaking.
In a tile re-lay we lift and stack the tiles, replace the underlayment and flashings, and reset the tiles, reusing the good ones and replacing broken ones.

Down to the rafters.
When a roof is past repair, we tear it off to the framing, check every rafter, and install new sheathing over the old skip boards so the new roof has a solid, nailable deck.

We show you what we find.
Missing wall flashing, cracked pipe boots, loose vents: we mark problems on site and send photos, so you can see why a repair or replacement is recommended.
