ADUs, from plans to keys.
Detached and attached accessory dwelling units for family, guests or rental income, designed, permitted and built by one contractor.

A second home on your lot.
An accessory dwelling unit is a complete small home with its own kitchen, bathroom and entrance. In Los Angeles, many single-family lots can add one, and some can add more than one.
We look at your lot, setbacks, utilities and access, help you choose the size and layout, and then handle the plans, permits and construction from foundation to final inspection.
- Feasibility check on your lot
- Plans, engineering and Title 24
- Sewer, water, gas and electrical
- Kitchen, bath and finishes
Which ADU fits your lot?
Detached ADU
A standalone unit in the backyard with its own foundation, roof and utilities.
Attached ADU
An addition to the main house with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom.
Junior ADU
A smaller unit carved out of the existing house, often a bedroom with an efficiency kitchen.
Garage conversion
An existing garage turned into a legal unit. Often the fastest route. Learn more.
Above-garage ADU
A second-story unit over a garage, where the lot is tight.
Rental-ready
Durable finishes, separate meters where needed and layouts tenants want.

Foundation to finish.
Every ADU starts with the parts the city inspects: footings, anchor bolts, hold-downs, framing and shear. We build them to the approved plans so inspections pass and the unit lasts.
- Footings and slab
- Framing and shear walls
- Insulation and windows
- Kitchen and bath

Sewer, slab and a finished unit.
On a recent detached ADU in Compton we formed the footings, ran a new sewer line under the foundation, poured the slab with anchor bolts and plumbing stubs in place, and finished the unit with a full kitchen and tiled shower.
A process built for zero surprises.
